Retro Fitness, located in downtown Manhattan's FiDi District at One New York Plaza, is offering Physical Therapists or Physical Therapy groups the opportunity to launch their practices within a Class A, 50 story building. One New York Plaza hosts many Fortune 500 companies as tenants with approximately 9,000 employees. The Retro Fitness facility provides a turnkey opportunity in terms of infrastructure and a captive audience of additional clients from our gym and fitness facility located adjacent to our space. We are seeking Physical Therapists who have an existing base of patients and are eager to grow their practices. Our terms are flexible and negotiable.
