Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Joshua Tree, CA 92252

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Payrate: $63-$65/hour



Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients/residents and develop treatment plans with goals and activities; update as needed.

Provide therapeutic instruction and direct physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.

Communicate clearly with patients/residents about progress, issues, and home programs.

Share observations and updates with interdisciplinary team members and in team meetings.

Monitor patient progress weekly (or as required) and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

Current California Physical Therapy License

Current BLS CPR certification

10+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
