Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting using evidence‐based physical therapy techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve functional goals.

• Interpret medical referrals and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment.

• Document patient care, treatment outcomes, and progress accurately in accordance with outpatient regulatory and billing standards.

• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and ongoing self‐care strategies.
