The **UW Medical Center-Montlake – Sports Medicine Center** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Physical Therapist 3 within the Stadium Clinic.**

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ Full-Time / 40 Hours Per Week
+ Day Shift

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

+ Be responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy evaluation and intervention to patients with complex medical diagnosis and/or difficult social situations (multi system impairments and or multiple co morbidities) referred by a licensed provider.
+ This individual will administer treatments and physical agents as determined by the evaluation in an effort to restore function and prevent further disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
