Salt Talent Search is looking for a Photo Researcher Editor for a 3 months extendable contract role.

• Research, curation and licensing of visual assets for imagery requests across Media Products platforms, and across both EMEA and APAC.
• Proactively identify and resolve creative and production challenges, maintaining efficiency in fast‑paced environments.
• Effectively manage expectations when necessary.
• Handle seasonal budgets and fee negotiations with external agencies and artists.
• Track and archive assets, budgets, licences and fee negotiations with external agencies and artists.
• Brief, art‑direct, and retouch assets to ensure high standards.
• Contribute to the team’s collaborator pool by identifying photo houses, photographers and image sources for specific projects.
