**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**As a Clinical Lab Assistant, you will handle any/all Laboratory-related duties specific to the pre-analytical phase of specimen processing/testing, which includes, but not limited to, managing workflow at the specimen accessioning table (Processing), dispatching of Phlebotomists throughout the facility as needed, and blood collections.**

**What you will do in this role:**

+ **You willassistthe Laboratory’s Medical Technologists/Technicians with preparing specimens for analysis/testing, up to actual test performance, aspermittedby the TN Medical Laboratory Board.**

+ **Utilizes computer system (LIS) for data entry and monitoring of workflow.**
