Responsibilities - Perform venipuncture for the collection of blood specimen for dispatch to the laboratory
- Update in electronic medical record for blood specimen that has been collected and dispatched to the laboratory
- Perform blood sugar check using a POCT machine
- Practice universal precautions when performing any procedure
- Assist nurse in administering oxygen for patient
- Assist patient in performing lower limb exercises
- Perform inventory management in the wardAssist healthcare staff in re-positioning of patient in bed
