We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV with 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service and PV Voice Support. The ideal candidate will work from home during day shifts providing exceptional support in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations. Proficiency in English is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; Registered Pharmacist (RPh) may also be considered
• Background in clinical practice, safety case intake, medical information, or healthcare operations is an advantage
• With 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications, and common disease conditions
• Ability to gather, interpret, and summarize clinical information from patients and healthcare providers
