**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Oncology pharmacy technicians prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist, primarily hazardous chemotherapy infusions and supportive therapy.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Current Pharmacy Technician certification
+ Minimum One (1) year experience

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Sterile compounding experience, including hazardous medication compounding.
