Oversee prescription dispensing to ensure accuracy, safety, and confidentiality 
Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, and other regulatory requirements 
Manage inventory, ordering, and control of medicines and supplies 
Provide drug information, counseling, and guidance to patients and healthcare providers 
Monitor pharmacy performance, sales targets, and operational efficiency 
Implement company policies, SOPs, and quality standards 
Handle customer concerns and maintain a high service standard 
Coordinate with medical professionals, suppliers, and management 
Prepare required reports and documentation 
Train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff
