You will play a key role in testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability, while supporting AI-enabled analytics, infrastructure enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of critical business deliverables. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven insights, fulfill custom reporting requests, and actively contribute to AI initiatives through hands-on involvement in agent training and optimization.
