Pharmacy Benefits Specialist
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89113 (Onsite)
Pay: $21/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts (Mon–Sat)
About the Role
We are hiring Pharmacy Benefits Specialists to support a leading healthcare organization in Las Vegas. In this role, you will assist members, providers, and pharmacies by answering questions related to pharmacy benefits, claims, and coverage.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role in a fast-paced call center environment, handling approximately 40–50 calls per day during peak season (open enrollment).
Key Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding pharmacy benefits and coverage.

+ Educate callers on plan details, prescription coverage, and benefit usage.

+ Process pharmacy-related transactions including:

+ Coordination of benefits

+ Member reimbursements

+ Coinsurance and prescription inquiries
