Description
This role is mainly about supporting pharmacy-related services (like prescription benefits) and making sure processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
- Read and understand guidelines (SOPs) and client instructions to make sure tasks are done correctly
- Work with different teams to complete tasks on time and maintain quality
