Overview:

Sentara is hiring a Pharmacist (Full-time) Clinical Specialist position for the Primary Care Medical Groups.

Location: Hybrid. Local travel and on-site work at primary care clinical locations will be required. Remote telehealth work will be offered at the manager's discretion.

Status: FT (40 hours per week) Mon-Fri

Shift: Days, 8 hr Shifts

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm

*This Hybrid position requires 2-3 days per week onsite each week at one or more primary care practices.
