Job Scope:
Responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care at our outpatient pharmacy.
counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers as well as assist them in the administration of medication.
Help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items.
Participate in corporate quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
Min. Degree in Pharmacy or any field
Valid SPC
