Pharmacist fill orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies, provide drug information, identify, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems and supervise and direct support personnel in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Pharmacists may interact wit h patients, family, and other healthcare providers as appropriate to ensure continuity of services and to achieve desired patient outcomes through safe, timely, cost-effective medication therapy.

Job Responsibility

*Saturday & Sunday (Alt Weekends)

+ Interprets medication orders and maintains accurate, complete patient medication profiles*
+ Prepares sterile products including large/small volume parenteral utilizing aseptic technique and monitoring parameters.
