Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapies and improve patient outcomes. 
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school. 
Active pharmacy license in the relevant state or region. 
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug interactions, and pharmacology. 
Excellent communication skills for patient counseling and interdisciplinary collaboration.
