- To supervise and manage pest control service staff in accordance with company regulations - To manage and plan important branch documentation, such as contracts, licenses, and permits - To manage overall customer service operations, including service planning - To take care of equipment allocation and service scheduling. - To control and inspect service plans for customer sites and review service operation reports - To resolve customer complaints or service issues that staff are unable to solve independently - To coordinate and communicate between internal departments and service staff - To manage and perform other assigned administrative and operational tasks - To inspect and plan the procurement of equipment, office supplies, and consumables - To review staff attendance, overtime records, and prepare reports for payroll consideration - Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager
