Remote with travel for in‑person learner observations, team meetings and 1:1s around the West Midlands

Salary

Up to £33,000.00 plus performance based bonuses

Working Hours

36.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday) with flexible working options

• Engage, motivate, and inspire learners to achieve their work‑based qualifications.
• Deliver innovative and impactful teaching and learning, tailored to the needs of each learner.
