Location: Liverpool
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 OTE (£40,000 - £50,000 base DOE)

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing cases from instruction through to settlement or trial
  • Conducting investigations and obtaining medical and expert evidence
  • Drafting Letters of Claim, pleadings and litigation documents
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Vetting new instructions and assessing case prospects
  • Delivering a high standard of client care
  • Building strong relationships with external stakeholders
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience handling Personal Injury matters (including litigated files)
  • Strong case progression and file management skills
