We are seeking a highly skilled Trial Paralegal to join our litigation team in-office and support attorneys in preparing cases from intake through trial.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.


• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and trial exhibits.


• Organize and maintain litigation files, medical records, and case management systems.


• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics.


• Prepare trial binders, witness lists, and courtroom materials.
