Responsibilities
Travel Planning and Coordination : Research, plan, and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, airport transfers, restaurant reservations and activities. Create and manage travel schedules.
Travel Documentation : Prepare and obtain necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
Communication and Correspondence : Liaise with travel providers, airlines, and hotels to confirm arrangements and resolve any travel issues.
Administrative Support to CEO : Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO, including email management, calendar organization, meetings scheduling, claims, and data entry.
