Role Purpose
The Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative, organisational, and coordination support to the MD & other functions, as well as involvement in ad-hoc projects. This position requires excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to work in a matrix environment across multiple countries and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, and prioritising competing demandsCoordinate regional leadership meetings, board meetings, budget meetings, internal/external forums, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actionsHandle travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas where applicable) and prepare detailed itinerariesAct as a key point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritising communicationsPrepare and format presentations, reports, ...
