Our client is seeking an independent Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess strong management skills, and be able to multi-task to manage deadlines. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and accounting support to the CEO Manage phone calls and prepare email responses as directed by the CEO Coordinate corporate and personal travel arrangements Handle procurement matters on behalf of the CEO for both corporate and personal needs Plan and organise corporate and personal events for the CEO and family Oversee property-related matters for the CEO and family Conduct research and prepare reports or materials as required by the CEO Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed
