The primary objective of this role is to provide daily personal assistant and administrative support to non-executive directors.
Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
Organise filing and minute-taking.
Screen and direct calls appropriately.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Type and format documents, primarily in Word and PowerPoint.
Manage emails and correspondence.
Arrange local and international travel.
Coordinate external off-sites and strategy sessions.
Organise and attend meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
