The role will include:
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with ASD and SEMH needs
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet a range of emotional, social, and learning needs
• Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting positive behaviour using trauma-informed and restorative approaches
