Provide 8-12 weeks per year of service in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) , including home call coverage
Oversee a growing team of APPs managing complex post-operative patients such as those recovering from cardiac surgery, major vascular procedures, and TAVR
Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services during non-ICU weeks, including General operating room coverage, Obstetric anesthesia, Healthy pediatric cases.
Share OR call duties proportionally based on ICU coverage
Work with an experienced, multidisciplinary team in a Level 2 Trauma Center setting
Participate in clinical decision-making, protocol development, and care coordination
Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities with residents and APPs
Utilize Epic EMR for seamless and integrated patient documentation
