General Description Of The Role

The Performance Marketing Director oversees the execution, scaling, and optimisation of all performance acquisition channels across the portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role bridges centralised strategy with vertical execution. You will manage the performance marketing resources embedded within the vertical BUs, transitioning agency dependencies to strong in‑house capabilities to drive Traffic, Leads, and NAAs efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise multi‑channel performance marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, App Install) across all vertical squads.
• Lead and mentor the team of performance marketers embedded within vertical business units, ensuring high functional standards and sharing of best practices.
