We're hiring a Performance Creative Specialis- Video & AI to produce the video creative that powers our paid campaigns, combining hands-on editing with AI-driven video generation to ship high-volume, high-quality assets fast.

This role is hands-on, close to performance, and accountable for outcomes. Your work has to convert, not just look good.

What you'll be doing

On craft (editing & motion):

• Edit short-form video for paid social (Meta, TikTok) and other channels
• Produce variations at scale — hooks, formats, aspect ratios, lengths
• Add motion, captions, sound design and on-brand finishing
• Keep all assets organised, versioned and easy to trace
