Lion City Sailors FC is looking for a Performance Coach for the Academy

As a Performance Coach in the Development Phase, you are responsible for the design, periodisation, and implementation of strength and performance training on and off the pitch. You will work under the Head of Performance at the academy.

You will work closely with the rehabilitation specialists regarding testing, prehab, return to train, and return to play.

• Relevant degree in Sport / Exercise Science or a related field.
• Proven experience working with elite athletes (preferably football).
• Recognized certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
