This position operates within the integrated structure of Performance & Analytics and supports the department’s integrated approach to Quality Assurance, Analytics, and Process Improvement across Facilities Management. The role provides independent analysis, operational review, and program coordination that support leadership decision-making, continuous improvement efforts, and operational accountability throughout the organization.
