Avid is hiring an RN - Per Diem for client assessments. This position will be based out of the St. Joseph branch and covers St. Joseph and the surrounding counties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client intake assessments from all referral sources.
• Responsible for generating client plan of treatment and care plan assessments according to a physician's order.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage compliance with care plans and client safety.
• Manage client/contract satisfaction with the highest level of customer service standards, communication, and documentation.
