The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct clinical care, care coordination, and patient education in an ambulatory practice setting. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

In this role, you will assess health conditions, develop and implement personalized care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
