PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant – Hyderabad, Telangana, India

We are seeking a versatile PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional with Oracle Fusion HCM or Workday experience to manage PeopleSoft System to SaaS applications. The role requires active work with Business and Technical teams for mapping exercises, Oracle practice, PeopleSoft upgrades, PeopleSoft data conversion activities.

Responsibilities

• Support existing PeopleSoft Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation modules for technical and functional activities
• Lead, manage and support PeopleSoft PUM or Tools upgrades
• Perform system analysis and technical support for existing HCM modules
• Perform existing customization analysis
• Participate in data mapping and configuration activities
• Update mapping workbooks for configurations in Workday
• Create DGW workbooks
