Location: Remote in US. Ability to travel onsite to Denver once a quarter for a few days is preferred.
Client is implementing PeopleSoft Time and Labor module. This program introduces new time capture processes, including the implementation of TimeclocksPlus, and changes to payroll processing for non-exempt employees transitioning from monthly to bi-weekly payroll. The program includes multiple cross-campus workstreams requiring coordination between campus stakeholders, central UIS teams, and third-party vendors. Key focus areas include deployment of time capture solutions and addressing operational and financial impacts to Grants and Research functions. To ensure effective execution and stakeholder alignment, a dedicated Project Manager is required to lead both the TimeclocksPlus implementation workstream and the Grants & Research workstream.
