Skills Required:
1. Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger (Journal Processing, Multicurrency, Allocations, Period Close, Consolidation, Interunit).
2. Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft FSCM GL projects (Implementation Upgrade Support).
3. Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, Testing, Infra) and manage all aspects of project governance.
4. Exposure to PeopleSoft technical stack (People Tools, App Engine, People Code, Integrations, CI, IB, nVision, BI Publisher) awareness sufficient for PM validation.
5. Strong stakeholder and customer management skills ability to run governance meetings, status reporting, risk issue management.
