This is a newly created role within Kāinga Ora’s People and Assurance team, reporting to the Manager, People Systems & Intelligence.
The People Technology & Systems Lead will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of people‑related systems and technologies. Working across key business groups – including HR, Finance and enterprise technology functions – this role ensures people data, systems and processes are integrated, aligned and effectively support organisational priorities.
