We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to support our Marleston manufacturing site while also playing an active role in the broader People & Culture team across the Arnott's Group. This is a key leadership role for someone who can build trusted relationships on site, partner closely with operational leaders, and stay strongly connected to enterprise-wide people priorities, ways of working and cross-functional collaboration. 

This role is ideal for a P&C leader who enjoys being close to the action, but doesn’t want to operate in isolation.
