The People & Culture Executive / Intern is responsible for assisting in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function and provides administrative and coordination support including compensation and benefits, colleague communication, relations, engagement, performance & talent management and more, in order to support the hotel’s business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities Compensation And Benefits
  • Assists in benchmarking competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
  • Supports benchmarking against best-in-class in luxury hotels.
  • Ensures the HRIS system is effectively managed for the accurate administration of compensation and benefits.
