Are you the kind of HR professional who can balance people, performance and practicality? Hireways is looking for a People, Culture & Safety Business Partner to step into this 12-14 month full time fixed term opportunity commencing in July, partnering closely with leaders, supporting staff and keeping the business on track across HR, ER, and H&S. This is a sole hands‑on trusted advisor position where you’ll influence from the ground up, rolling out recruitment processes from the start, guiding staff through issues, changes and growth opportunities, grow talent within through effective training and development and improving workplace safety systems.
