About the Role
This P&C Advisor role is a part time 20 hours per week at our Perth site, where you will be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, providing expert advice across the full spectrum of HR and OHS activities. You’ll play a key role in supporting our people strategy and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
The hours are for this role are:
Monday 8.00am to 1.00pm
Tuesday 10am to 3.00pm
Wednesday 8.00am to 1.00pm
Thursday 10.00am to 3.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Provide generalist HR and IR advice and support to managers and employees.
Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, EBA interpretation, and policy guidance.
