            Job Description

Strategic AlignmentPartner with the Operations Directors and Regional Directors to develop and implement people plans that support business objectives.
Influence and support organisational change initiatives.
Employee RelationsProvide guidance on high level, complex ER issues including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
Ensure fair and consistent application of people policies, ensuring the employment legislation and compliance is adhered to at all times.
Be the point of contact for any ACAS or tribunal, escalating to the Director of People at all times.
Complex and partner on any complex TUPE in and out
Support the Operations Directors with any local Trade Union relations
