As Marqeta’s People Business Partner (PBP) – EU/UK, you support Marqeta’s teams in the European region to help build strong regional cultures, navigate day‑to‑day employee situations, and help build the overall Marqetan experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Business Partner for EU markets and the GTM UK team, supporting operations across the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, and Poland.


• Work cross‑functionally to support employees, leaders, and our offices to ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural nuances across multiple European markets.


• Collaborate closely with US‑based People Business Partners to align European teams with global strategy while providing dedicated local support.
