We are looking for a motivated and experienced People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join our fast‑paced P&C team. Reporting to the Senior P&C Manager, Americas, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive and flexible HR service across two regions (NORAM & LATAM), driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures and employment legislation in alignment with the Aurora culture and values.
