Coordinates with Follow-up MDs and PEME Accounts Specialist by endorsing and referring a patient's medical status for evaluation, updates, and special endorsements.
Coordinates and refers to Processing MDs for patients with expired medical records for screening, evaluation, and approval prior to the re-medical.
Monitors and follow-up medical test results by calling and coordinating with different Testing Units for updates and reviews of Medical Doctors.
College graduate, or holder of a vocational or associate degree
Computer Literate
Good in communication skills and telephone etiquette
Able to establish professional customer relations
Self-starter and ability to multitask
