Should be a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks
Should have very good hands-on experience in delivering Pega skill based solutions to the customer with high output
Should have effective communication and interpretation skills to discuss business and technical implementations with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups
