Job Description:

·8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega BPM , with a focus on CSSA/CLSA level architecture and high-scale implementations.

·5+ years of professional Java/J2EE coding to build custom applications and integrations.

·Proven track record of deep Pega customization. Experience in Store/Retail applications (e.g., custom UI components, complex state management, and offline capabilities) is preferred.

· Hands-on experience migrating internal Pega services to external Apache Kafka (Stream) and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch (Search) clusters.

·Architecting robust REST/SOAP integrations and managing complex data transformations between Pega and legacy retail systems.
