Hours: Full‑time 34.5 hours per week over 5 days

Location: Hybrid working (minimum 40% in the Leeds office)

Contract: Fixed Term 12 months (possibility of extension)

Your Role

As a Peer Support Officer, you will:

• Empower volunteers : provide remote support and supervision to volunteers and Independent Group Leaders.
• Facilitate support sessions : deliver virtual groups and online events, creating safe, welcoming environments.
• Support growth and development : contribute to the development and expansion of our peer support services.
• Deliver meaningful support : work directly with service users to ensure they feel heard, connected, and supported.
