MyOutDesk is hiring an IT Helpdesk Specialist on behalf of a U.S.-based client operating in a fully Microsoft environment. You'll be the first line of support for endpoint issues, device management, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting — hands-on, technical, and ready to resolve from day one.
We're looking for someone with recent, verifiable experience working directly with Windows 10/11 endpoints and Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting. Exposure to Intune or Entra ID puts you at the top of the list.
