Job Title: PD Lead: Co-Curricular Programs

Zindagi Trust is looking for a focused and detail-oriented PD Lead to take ownership of its co-curricular programming. This role sits within the Academics team and requires someone who can manage programs end-to-end, work with data, and actively develop new initiatives that strengthen student learning beyond the classroom, as well as establishing partnerships with external organizations, and lead teachers and students in execution of programs.

Key Responsibilities

Work with school teachers and external consultants towards:

• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Chess Program
• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Sports Program
• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Music Program
• Design and oversight of a Theatre program
• Design and oversight of a Nature and Gardening program
• Design and oversight of an Eco-Warriers Club
